This is a progressive series of classes that lead to a well-rounded understanding of the overall subject matter. Individual classes can be attended and studied independently.
Meetings include open discussion and active practice of techniques. Related materials are provided for each class including worksheets and paper for mapping your class journey, culminating in a beautifully co-created notebook chronicling your experience of Developing Higher Awareness.
Throughout this interactive series of 5 meetings we will have various opportunities to develop a better understanding of the topics and ourselves. As we practice expanding our awareness of what is easily perceivable around us and what may seem to be unreachable, we will learn to manage the information and operate more effectively on many different levels.
